On Lake Palić, winemaking craftsmanship meets the culture of Vojvodina. The winery bears the name of singer Zvonko Bogdan and catches the eye with its colourful Art Nouveau roof.

The profile
Zvonko Bogdan winery lies on the eastern shore of Lake Palić near Subotica, in a region with over 2'000 years of winegrowing history. Moisture from the lake and a high number of sunny days shape the grapes’ character. Around 400'000 bottles and 13 labels are produced exclusively from 65 hectares of estate vineyards.
An expert team led by oenologist Srđan Lukajić works with renowned consultant Florent Dumeau on vineyard and portfolio development. Artist Eugen II. Kočiš is responsible for the labels; the building, with its colourful roof in the Vojvodina Art Nouveau style, houses a barrique cellar, tasting rooms and a restaurant overlooking the vine rows.
The winery points to over 100 international medals; its flagship wine Cuvée No. 1 received three consecutive gold awards at the Decanter World Wine Awards. The winery is named after singer Zvonko Bogdan.
