HERITERRA is our brand identity. The contracting party and operator responsible for data protection currently remain myvinodeal. Inh. Martinovic.

When you visit our shop, technical information is generated, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and cookie preferences. When you place an order, use a customer account, contact us or register for an event, we process the contact, address, order and communication data you provide.

We use this data to operate and secure the shop, process orders and payments, deliver goods, provide customer service and fulfil our legal obligations. We process information relating to voluntary newsletter subscriptions and reviews for the purpose described in each case.

Our online shop runs on the Shopify platform. For this purpose, Shopify processes technical usage data and the information required for the cart, orders, customer accounts and checkout, among other things. Depending on the Shopify features used, Shopify may also process data under its own privacy policies.

To fulfil your order, we share the necessary data with the payment, shipping and IT service providers involved. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Processing by a payment provider you select is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.

Order, invoice and contact data may also be used for our order administration and accounting. We process this information for no longer than is necessary for fulfilment, the protection of legitimate interests and statutory retention obligations.

We use technically essential functions to operate the shop, for example for the cart, security and storing your privacy preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technologies may also be used.

You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking technically necessary cookies may limit some shop functions.

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse shop usage and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Depending on your consent and the configuration used, information about devices and browsers, page views, cart actions, purchases and order values may be processed. This information helps us understand how visitors reach our shop and how the shopping process works.

Google services are also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. The specific data processing depends on the features used and your privacy preferences.

We use Judge.me for product reviews. When you submit a review, the review data you provide is processed through this service. In particular, the published display name, rating, review text and date may be publicly visible.

We may also display selected publicly posted Google reviews about MyVinoDeal. These statements relate to the company and the shopping experience, not automatically to a specific product. The origin of the displayed Google customer reviews is identified accordingly.

Our shop may contain Instagram content, videos and links to other services. Embedded content may transmit technical data to the respective provider. The processing that takes place depends on the specific integration and the privacy options you have selected.

When you follow an external link, you leave our shop. Subsequent use is subject to the respective provider’s privacy policy.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data you provide for this purpose to send the information you have requested. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter message or by contacting info@heriterra.ch.

When you contact us, we use your information to handle your enquiry and related communication.

The processing of your data is not limited to Switzerland or the European Union. The providers we use and their subcontractors may also process data in other countries.

For people in Switzerland, Shopify identifies its Irish company, among others, and possible further processing in Canada and the USA. In this context, Shopify describes in particular binding corporate rules and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for subcontractors. Other international providers, particularly Google, may also process data outside Switzerland. Details are set out in their respective privacy policies and the agreements applicable to the services used.

We retain personal data for as long as it is required for the stated purposes or retention is required by law. Where data is no longer needed and there are no reasons requiring its retention, it is deleted or anonymised.

We take technical and organisational measures to protect data. Data is transmitted in the shop over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Complete protection against all risks cannot be guaranteed in electronic communication.

Under the applicable data protection law, you may request access to your data and its correction or deletion. Further rights, such as restriction of processing, data portability or objection, exist where the statutory requirements are met.

You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Statutory retention obligations and other lawful grounds for processing remain reserved. You may also contact the competent data protection supervisory authority.
