Shipping within Switzerland
We deliver throughout Switzerland. The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies from CHF 250 of qualifying goods value after discounts, excluding shipping. The amounts at checkout are binding. View shipping policy.
Unless a different timeframe is stated for the product, delivery usually takes place within 2–4 working days after payment is received: 1–2 working days until dispatch and a further 1–2 working days for delivery. The applicable terms are the current shipping policy.
Your cork-taint guarantee
A corked wine should not spoil your enjoyment. For corked wine or damaged bottles from our current wine range, we offer a replacement or credit.
The guarantee does not cover improper storage or keeping. Please report the defect first at +41 79 461 54 29 or info@heriterra.ch, preferably with your order number.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. Bottles must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Opened bottles, personalised gift packages, special orders and vouchers are excluded. Please contact us before returning anything; the process and conditions are set out in our returns policy.

- Complete your order in the secure Shopify Checkout. The information shown before completing your order is binding.
Frequently asked questions
Reduced products show the current price and the comparison price recorded in the shop, crossed out. Quantity presets (1 / 6 / 12) select the number of bottles. Shopify calculates applicable automatic discounts under the relevant conditions in the cart and at checkout; they are shown separately there.
For miniature packs (e.g. 20 bottles of 0.05 l), quantity 1 means one whole pack. The price is per pack.
