In the Glass

Straw yellow to pale golden; clear, brilliant color with a slight yellow hue.

On the Nose

Ripe peach, apricot, and apple dominate the aroma profile. Subtle vanilla and butter cream notes with barrel aging. Fresh and open.

On the Palate

Medium body, soft acidity, well-balanced. The fruit is ripe and juicy. The finish is medium, with a creamy character.

Food Pairing Recommendation

Pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, chicken breast, cream cheese, pan-fried pike-perch or char.

• Glass: Burgundy white wine glass or universal glass

Origin

Zvonko Bogdan in Subotica, Vojvodina. The Chardonnay benefits from the terroir of sandy soils and loess deposits in northern Vojvodina, which produce white wines with good freshness.
