- In the glass
Light to straw yellow with slight greenish reflections; brilliant and clear.
- On the nose
Intense floral scent: orange blossom, nutmeg, rose water, jasmine. Ripe peach and apricot. Characteristic of Tamjanika — exceptionally opulent and perfumed aromatic.
- On the palate
Aromatic and full-bodied, with moderate acidity and good freshness of the young 2024 vintage. The aromatic profile from the nose continues on the palate. Dry to off-dry style; the finish is aromatic and persistent.
- Food pairing
Aromatic dishes with saffron, coriander, or curry; blue cheese, melon-prosciutto, oriental mezze.
