- In the glass
Clear, brilliant golden yellow – the typical appearance of a three-year oak-aged fruit brandy. Clean clarity without turbidity, medium viscosity.
- On the nose
Ripe quince in the foreground: apple quince, fresh quince peel, and pear accents form the fruit aroma. The oak notes are present but controlled – vanilla, light tobacco, and a hint of bread spice complement the picture without overpowering the fruit. Pleasant freshness with an inviting character.
- On the palate
Fresh, lively attack with clear quince aroma. In the mid-palate, vanilla and soft woody spice come through, accompanied by a subtle acidic structure. The body is medium-weight. Finish is medium-short, dry and characterized by woody warmth, with a final hint of quince fruit.

Zora 3 Quince Brandy by Emperus is a Serbian quince brandy aged for three years in selected oak barrels. The standard 0.7 l bottle is aimed at retailers and consumers who prefer the full bottling. The profile of Zora 3 represents a fruity quince power in dialogue with a moderate wood structure – a modern, accessible style for Serbian fruit brandy standards.
Serving suggestion
Neat at 16–20 °C as a digestif. On the rocks for a fresher, fruit-forward drinking experience. As a cocktail base in a Quince Sour or as a variation in an Old-Fashioned schema. Pairs with goat cheese, fig mustard, quince paste, and dark chocolate.
Origin
Emperus positions the Zora line as an accessible, export-oriented brand alongside the traditional Voždov-Grumen series. Zora 3 (three years of oak aging) forms the entry into the Zora family; Zora 7 (seven years) represents the aged premium variant.
