The Sparkling Winery THE Queen 2023 – the debut release of The Sparkling Winery’s first sparkling wine from 100% Grašac. On the southern slopes of Fruška Gora, in the vineyards of Mala Remeta, Grašac finds its authentic expression. The Queen is made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle and 24 months on the lees, bringing together varietal character, freshness and complexity. Tasting. Pale straw yellow with green hints. On the nose green apple, pear, peach and white meadow flowers, rounded off by citrus notes. On the palate lively, elegant and refreshing, with pronounced freshness and a mineral character. The long ageing on the lees adds further layers and a fine perlage.
