The Sparkling Winery THE Blanc de Noirs 2023 – a premium wine from The Sparkling Winery, Fruška Gora. Tasting Notes. Pale straw yellow with a delicate salmon shimmer – the unmistakable signature of a "white from reds." On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries – wild strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry – unfold, complemented by fresh bread crust and a subtle, saline minerality, both results of 18 months of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and exceptionally fresh, with a fine, precise perlage and a creamy mid-palate. Pinot Noir gives the sparkling wine more depth, fruit, and structure than a classic Blanc de Blancs – without sacrificing elegance. Brut style with a long, fruity finish full of red berries and fine minerality.

The Sparkling Winery is Serbia's first winery uncompromisingly specialized in sparkling wines made by traditional bottle fermentation. The winery is located in Mala Remeta, on the southern slope of Fruška Gora – in the heart of the Sremski Rejon, at an altitude of 250–270 m. Behind the project is the team of the renowned Vinarija Deurić, which has poured decades of experience in sparkling wine production into its own sparkling wine brand. Each cuvée ages for at least 12–18 months in the bottle according to the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle, identical to Champagne) and is hand-riddled, disgorged, and dressed. The crowning achievement: "The Blanc de Blancs 2023" was named Best Sparkling Wine at the Open Balkan Wine Trophy in 2025 – the highest award for a sparkling wine in the entire region.
