Color: dark amber to mahogany, cognac-like. On the nose, vanilla, dried plums, figs, and nuts, complemented by a fine coumarin note from the oak (impression of hay and cinnamon). On the palate, dry, full-bodied, and long-lasting, with pleasant astringency and balanced acids. The finish is long and warm.
- Food Pairing & Occasion
Ideal digestif after a festive meal. Harmonizes with dark chocolate, aged hard cheese, dried fruits, and a fine cigar. Classic Slava brandy.

Stara Pesma is the work of the Ilić family from Bajina Bašta in Western Serbia. The house works with hand-picked plums from the southern slopes of the region and with long aging in oak. The 18-LUX edition is the pinnacle of their range.
