"Jara Pet Nat 2023" is a Pétillant Naturel from Ivanović in Serbia's Župa region – an unfiltered sparkling wine of the most original category. The Méthode Ancestrale, where the wine ferments in the bottle without subsequent dosage, results in a vibrant, slightly cloudy wine with unadulterated authenticity.

Light yellow to pale pink depending on the grape variety; slightly cloudy due to natural yeast; fine, natural perlage.

On the Nose

Fresh apple aromas, pear, and citrus. Subtle yeast notes and a hint of fresh bread. Untamed, lively, and spontaneous – typical of Pet Nat styles.

On the Palate

Light, fresh, and crisp, with natural effervescence. Minimal residual sweetness, clear fruit. Clean and invigorating – enjoyable and uncomplicated.
