- In the glass
Deep, rich ruby garnet; dense, opaque color with dark tones – signs of concentration and maturity.
- On the nose
Complex: ripe blackberry, black plum, cedarwood, and tobacco. Subtle balsamic notes and toasted oak in the background. With aeration, leather and dried herbs emerge.
- On the palate
Powerful, dense, and long-lasting – with ripe, velvety tannins. The acidity is well-integrated and gives the wine backbone. The finish is long, complex, and persistently spicy.

Aged beef fillet, braised onion roast, game, mature hard cheeses like Manchego or Parmigiano Reggiano.
