Color: crystal clear to very light straw yellow. On the nose, an intense, complex bouquet: powerful fruit notes combine with floral and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, powerful and expressive, with clear grape fruit and fine herbal spice. The finish is long, warm and harmonious.
- Food Pairing & Occasion
Excellent as an aperitif to stimulate the appetite or as a digestif after a meal. Harmonizes with light appetizers, Mediterranean cheeses and pastries.
