General terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the HERITERRA online shop operated by myvinodeal. Inh. Martinovic.

The purchase contract is concluded with: myvinodeal. Inh. Martinovic, Obstbaumstrasse 6, 8953 Dietikon, Switzerland.

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is concluded only when we send our order confirmation by email.

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.

• Shipping costs within Switzerland (Post/DHL, by parcel weight): CHF 17.50 up to 9 kg (usually up to 6 bottles), CHF 27.50 from 9 kg (usually from 7 bottles). The specific shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
• Free shipping on orders of CHF 250.– or more

• Delivery within Switzerland only (no shipping to Liechtenstein or abroad)
• Standard delivery time: usually 2–4 working days after payment is received (dispatch within 1–2 working days, postal delivery in 1–2 working days)
• You will be informed if a product is unavailable

MyVinoDeal sells alcoholic drinks exclusively to people who have reached the legal minimum age: 16 for wine, 18 for spirits (e.g. Rakija, gin). By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reached the applicable minimum age.

The delivery provider verifies your age using an official identity document when handing over the shipment. If age cannot be proven, the order will not be handed over and will be returned to us; the resulting costs will be charged to the person who placed the order. Passing ordered goods on to minors is prohibited.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods displayed at checkout
• TWINT Payment is charged at the time of ordering.

The goods remain the property of myvinodeal until payment has been made in full.

• Voluntary returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are unopened, undamaged & in their original packaging
• The customer bears return shipping costs, except for incorrect deliveries or defects
• For corked wine or damaged bottles, we offer a replacement or credit. Please email info@heriterra.ch describing the defect (e.g. cork taint, oxidation) and providing the order number, if available. This guarantee applies exclusively to wines in our current range and not to products that have been improperly stored or kept.

We are liable only for wilful misconduct and gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
