Golden yellow to medium golden yellow; clear, brilliant color - the wood contact is evident in the intensity.
- On the nose
Ripe apple, pear, and butter cookies in the foreground. Subtle vanilla notes and light toasted wood from the barrique. Slight minerality and a hint of anise.
- On the palate
Medium to full-bodied with a creamy, buttery texture. The acidity is well integrated. The wood is balanced and adds complexity without dominating. The finish is long and harmonious.
