Pale yellow with greenish reflections; bright, clear, and fresh-looking.

Characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc: gooseberry, green pepper, citrus, and fresh herbs. Slight notes of grapefruit peel and honeydew melon. Aromatic and inviting.

Light to medium body, lively acidity, dry. The herbaceous-fruity aromatics dominate. The finish is crisp, fresh, and medium-long.
