Šapat Bianca 2024 – dry Yellow Muscat (Moscato Giallo), picked early and aged in stainless steel: fragrant, juicy and refreshing. Šapat picks the Yellow Muscat very early to preserve its natural acidity and aromatic complexity. Ageing in stainless steel keeps it fresh and fragrant. Tasting notes. Delicate, fresh nose of muscat, grapefruit and passion fruit. Very balanced, juicy and refreshing on the palate, dry.
