Šapat Atila Plavi 2024 – the newest addition to the premium Atila line: 100% Frankovka (Blaufränkisch), aged in amphorae and used barriques. With Plavi, Šapat gives Frankovka the place the variety deserves. The wine spends time in amphorae and used barriques, which gives it its distinctive, authentic character. The Atila name on the label is the estate's personal recommendation. Tasting notes. Deep and layered, with dark fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is carried by excellent, lively acidity that gives the wine tension and length.

Most of its more than 12 ha of vineyards face south at 210–235 m, on a thin layer of black soil over deep, lime-rich loess. The estate deliberately stays small, works only with grapes from its own vineyards and bottles in limited series. The estate is also home to Fleur de Sel, Serbia's first Michelin-starred restaurant.
