Kovačević Fresco Bianco – a sparkling wine from Kovačević, Fruška Gora. Tasting Notes. A light, refreshing Frizzante produced using the Charmat method – inspired by Italian Prosecco. A charming cuvée of Italijanski Rizling, Neoplanta, and Župljanka with fine perlage. The nose offers fresh pear, white blossoms, and a hint of citrus; the palate is crisp, fruit-driven, and uncomplicated. Perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment to cheerful summer evenings.

Vinarija Kovačević in Irig is one of Serbia's most prestigious wineries. Since 2001, Miroslav Kovačević, the third generation, has continued the family tradition – with a clear vision, state-of-the-art cellar technology, and deep roots in Fruška Gora. The vines are planted on the south-facing slopes of Fruška Gora (Srem, approx. 240 m altitude). In 2013, Kovačević took over the historic "Podrum 1930" – an iconic cellar from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, which today combines tradition and cutting-edge technology. Falstaff regularly rates Kovačević with 90+ points – the Edicija S line is considered the benchmark for premium wines from Serbia.
