Frug Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – a premium wine from Frug, Fruška Gora. Tasting Notes. Distinctive character with an almost steely precision. Aromas of juniper, yellow grapefruit, and ripe gooseberry, complemented by fresh pepper, tomato, and lime zest. On the palate, it has character, pronounced acidity, and a medium body. Crisp and refreshing with a bouquet of citrus aromas. Banstol vineyard, 6 months in stainless steel.

In the heart of Fruška Gora, Frug Winery (est. 2019) combines Serbian winemaking heritage with modern precision. 40 ha of vineyards on the Banstol, Doka, Dobrilovac, and Hopovo sites, each parcel cultivated individually. The credo: science and tradition in harmony. The result is modern, elegant, and structured wines from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot – supplemented by indigenous varieties such as Grašac, Tamjanika, and Probus. Each bottle re-tells the terroir of Fruška Gora.
