Frug Cuvée Signum 2022 – a premium wine from Frug Winery, Fruška Gora. Tasting Notes. A rich, multi-layered Cuvée with aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry, underpinned by subtle notes of ripe plum, violet, and mineral hints of flint and graphite. Oak aging adds refined accents of sandalwood, tobacco, and nutmeg. On the palate, it is full, round, and harmonious, with a long, fruit-driven finish. Hopovo vineyard, 18 months of aging in French oak.

In the heart of Fruška Gora, Frug Winery (est. 2019) combines Serbian winemaking heritage with modern precision. 40 hectares of vineyards in the Banstol, Doka, Dobrilovac, and Hopovo sites, each parcel cultivated individually. The credo: science and tradition in harmony. The result is modern, elegant, and structured wines from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot – complemented by indigenous varieties such as Grašac, Tamjanika, and Probus. Each bottle tells the story of the Fruška Gora terroir anew.
