Frug Cabernet Sauvignon Signum 2021 – a premium wine from Frug Winery, Fruška Gora. Tasting Notes. A powerful, expressive wine of remarkable depth. It opens with intense aromas of blackcurrant, aronia, blueberry, juniper, and ripe blackberry, interwoven with hints of hibiscus, eucalyptus, and refreshing mint. Layers of tar, smoke, and burnt wood lend complexity and seriousness. On the palate, it is dense, concentrated, and persistent, framed by firm, finely integrated tannins. The long, opulent finish combines fruit purity with elegance. Hopovo vineyard, 24 months of aging in French oak.

Their credo: science and tradition in harmony. The result is modern, elegant, and structured wines from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot – complemented by indigenous varieties such as Grašac, Tamjanika, and Probus. Each bottle reinterprets the terroir of Fruška Gora.
