Most of its more than 12 ha of vineyards face south at 210–235 m, on a thin layer of black soil over deep, lime-rich loess. The estate deliberately stays small, works only with grapes from its own vineyards and bottles in limited series. The estate is also home to Fleur de Sel, Serbia's first Michelin-starred restaurant.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Atelje vina Šapat","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55321198821714,"sku":"SAP-GRA-2025","price":29.9,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0983\/6317\/9346\/files\/sapat-grasac-2025.jpg?v=1793711557","url":"https:\/\/heriterra.ch\/en\/products\/sapat-grasac-2025","provider":"HERITERRA","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
